TripinTurkey serves as a showcase for the rental of property #11 and the sale of property #21 (right next door). TripinTurkey.com is a great resource for me to direct my users, friends, colleagues and families to. It functions as a comprehensive collection of information for my villa/property in Gumulsuk (Myndos). The site is managed from San Francisco, California and web hosted in the USA.

The Owners

TripinTurkey was formed by Michael Schawel (property #21) and Lee Cole (property #11) of San Francisco, California. We formed the TripinTurkey partnership in 2003 while overseeing the complete build of each Gumusluk property, the interior design done, materials used, the plumbing and the electrical to make our villas safe, comfortable and reliable. We have physically watched the properties and surrounding area grow. Now we are offering a great chance to visit or buy on the Bodrum peninsula which is often referred to as the “Turkish Riviera”.

Our partnerships

Due to many past inquiries, we decided we needed a solid relationship with someone in Bodrum who could look after things while we worked in the USA. Now, Century 21 and Peninsula Villa Care are our contacts there. They physically manage our Gumusluk villas. They provide a great service to us and are available for any questions regarding our properties. Please contact them for airport information, shuttle schedules, showings and bookings.
